ListMake a list. Transfer that to do list from your head to a piece of paper. You will be less stressed and remember more when you make a list.

On a busy day the last thing you want is another task, but making a list will keep you on track and free up essential brainpower. We all try to multitask and when we go over multiple tasks and deadlines in our head, we lose focus and productivity. Everything you add to your list is one less thing to think about. Think about going to the bank after work when you’re going to the bank instead of remembering it in the back of your head throughout the day. Save thinking about it until you’re actually working on that task.

Plus there’s nothing more satisfying than taking a pen and crossing out that last to do.
